Perfect shield to allow letdowns

I've now been using the Pigeon Nipple Shields for every feed for 5 weeks now and my baby is exclusively breast fed, which I couldn't achieve without it. He doesn't need any supplemental feeds as he gets full access to my milk via the very thin silicone.... also, my nipple nicely fills the entire teat as they are small and make for great contact for baby to stimulate multiple let downs. I love this product, I'm buying more of them.
