GM Free, Dairy Free, Low GI, Low Sodium, No Artificial Colours or Flavours, Preservative Free, Vegetarian.

Hemp is a great source of Plant-Based Protein including Omega 3 and Omega 6 in the perfect 3:1 ratio. It is also a source of Magnesium, Zinc and Iron. It also contains free radical fighting Antioxidants and is a good source of Fibre that can help reduce Cholesterol and may also help Stabilise Blood Sugar. Our Hemp is Chemical Free and grown in the world's Cleanest and Greenest Cool Temperate Environments. The Hemp contained in this product was Grown and Harvested in New Zealand by our Tasmanian growing partners and Processed and Manufactured in Tasmania by 13 Seeds.

Directions:

Warm 1/2 Cup of Porridge with Water or Milk and Serve with Yoghurt or Cream.

Orders incur a small shipping charge of $9.95 unless you are in a Remote location. All orders now include tracking all the way to your door, with our delivery partners Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway.
Remote location: Orders to remote locations will be charged the actual cost charged by our shipping partners.

Delivery times vary depending on the product you have ordered and your location.

After your order leaves our warehouse, deliveries typically occur within:

• 1 - 5 days to Metro (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD).
• 2 - 7 days to Rural (VIC, NSW, SA).
• 4 - 8 days to Metro (WA ,TAS).
• 5 - 12 days to Rural (WA, QLD, TAS, NT).
