water, maize starch, rice flour, sunflower seeds 5%, buckwheat flour, linseed 4%, sugar beet syrup, vegetable fibre, rice starch, apple juice concentrate, yeast, thickener: E-464, soy protein isolate, salt, vegetable oil, acidulant: tartaric acid.
