Each tablet contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag™) 500 mg
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 50 mg
Magnesium Oxide - Heavy 256 mg
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 150 mg
Zinc sulfate monohydrate 27.5 mg
Equiv. elemental Zinc 10 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 25 mg
Chromic chloride 1.0 mg
Equiv. elemental Chromium 200 μg
Selenomethionine 31.3 μg
Equiv. elemental Selenium 12.5 μg

Therapeutic applications:
•Supports Magnesium status in the body. Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency include: muscle spasms and cramps, muscle weakness, fatigue and lethargy, increased susceptibility to stress.
•Helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function and keep bones strong.
•Magnesium may help to reduce mild premenstrual fluid retention.

Directions for use:
Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
