Perio Plus Forte Mouthwash contains 0.2% chlorhexidine (CHX), the highest CHX concentration in the Perio Plus range, combined with the Citrox®/P formula for powerful short-term antibacterial protection. It is specifically formulated for use before and after invasive dental procedures to help reduce oral bacteria, minimise plaque formation and support optimal healing.

Active Ingredients

• Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.2%

Directions for Use

• Rinse with 10 ml undiluted for 60 seconds.

• Before dental procedures: Rinse immediately prior to treatment.

• After dental procedures: Rinse morning and evening for 3–7 days, or as directed by your dentist.

• For oral use only.

• Do not swallow.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Advanced Antibacterial Protection

Perio Plus Forte combines chlorhexidine with Citrox®, a natural bioflavonoid extracted from bitter oranges (Citrus aurantium amara). Citrox® possesses antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties that complement the action of chlorhexidine. Combined with natural polylysine amino acids, the Citrox®/P formula adheres to the teeth, gums and oral tissues for prolonged antimicrobial protection.

Pleasant Taste Without Affecting Flavour

Perio Plus Forte is formulated to provide a pleasant taste without significantly altering your normal sense of taste, making eating and drinking more enjoyable during treatment.

Minimising Staining

Temporary staining may occur with chlorhexidine use. To help reduce discolouration, avoid tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry and saffron during treatment. Brush thoroughly and consult your dental professional about suitable whitening products if needed. Any staining can usually be removed during a professional dental cleaning.
