The cellulose fibres are bleached using a modern process that produces minimal by-products. Bleaching is an essential step that removes impurities and enhances the absorbency of the fibres.

For Real-Fit Underwear, the outer cover is a Kimberly-Clark patented elastic film laminate, designed to provide enhanced comfort and a secure, body-hugging fit. The absorbent outer cover features a cloth-like material made from polyethylene film and polypropylene. Synthetic elastic is used in the side cuffs to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit.
