The model is wearing a medium. She weighs 64 KG and is 175cm tall. Medical grade compression does not correlate with fashion outerwear. Please use the chart and go by your current weight and height. WHEN SHOULD YOU WEAR THEM FOR BEST BENEFIT?
You should wear Supacore Coretech ® leggings during training and competition, and post-training for anywhere between 2 - 24 hours. For new Mothers as soon as you feel able post-delivery. Due to the medical grade compression level It may take a few days to feel fully comfortable.

SIZING GUIDE
For precise sizing, please refer to our Size Guide below. If you are in-between sizes or you wish to wear your compression garment primarily for recovery purposes, we would advise the size down where possible. As our compression is medical grade your regular sizing in clothing does not match with the Coretech compression sizing. Our Coretech garments are made especially for recovery and they need to be firm, compressive and secure. Your compression garment should be a neat, tight fit, but it should not inhibit circulation.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Due to this item being a personal use item we do not accept returns for change of mind or selecting the wrong size. So please make sure you check the sizing guide carefully.
